These Terms of Service govern your use of getstrongordie.com and purchases made from Get Strong or Die.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You may make a purchase only if you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or have any authorization required under applicable law.

3. Products

GSOD sells clothing and related products displayed on the website.

Our shirts are produced to order through a U.S.-based manufacturing partner.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on displays, lighting, manufacturing processes, printing, and other factors.

4. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

At launch, GSOD shirts are priced at $540 each, unless a different price is clearly displayed for a particular product.

The price displayed at checkout at the time an order is placed governs the transaction.

Prices may change for future orders without notice.

5. Shipping

GSOD currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only.

Shipping is currently free on shirt orders.

Orders are expected to ship within 10 business days, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days in transit.

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment does not require GSOD to accept an order where there is a legitimate reason the transaction cannot be completed.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment failure
• Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical error
• Unavailable products or production capacity
• Invalid delivery information
• Orders that violate these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no goods are provided, the applicable payment will be refunded.

7. Payment

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and order information.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact support@getstrongordie.com immediately.

If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Once production has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

9. Returns and refunds

Eligible standard returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Returned products must satisfy the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The customer is responsible for ordinary return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

10. Damaged or incorrect products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@getstrongordie.com.

GSOD's normal remedy for a verified issue will be replacement of the affected product at no additional cost.

If replacement is unavailable or inappropriate, another remedy may be provided, including a refund where required.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content — including GSOD designs, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, artwork, text, layouts, and other creative material — are owned by or licensed to MAINTENANCE MADE SIMPLE GROUP LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or use GSOD intellectual property without authorization except where permitted by law.

12. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, commit fraud, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts its operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
